Picked up Victoria 3 on the Steam 4X sale last week.

I'm trying to play this but this is one of the more complex games out there :hair: .

Have a nice weekend.

Tripoli

I will try to get around to finishing my Scourge of War game, but real life has been getting in the way recently. I just picked up SpaceCorp, so I may give that a try.

Have the thrill of prowling, er, working an estate sale this weekend where the late husband just had to be a grog of some sort as he had several dozen drawers in mid chest high cases full of specific units of specific armies of specific wars (i.e. SS Wiking, British 8th Army, etc.) and so many plastic model kits - built and unbuilt - that they are spread between multiple rooms of two distinct buildings. Adjacent to this are the Osprey books and other associated literature too.  Haven't been able to go through his computer stuff yet but fingers crossed for something to crop up there as well.

Otherwise, I'm Wargaming it via WoT in spots until the lag spikes make me quit in a rage.  Really need to suss out that horseshit before I blow a vein.

Are you saying you get to look through the stuff or are able to purchase it? Maaan i'd be in heaven in a place like that. Respect to the old grog.

I'm helping with the estate sale on the front end, so I'll be wrangling all the goods up and sending off info to a few online vendors who deal with buying these sorts of things as there is quite a lot of models and the name of the game is to get the most bang-for-the-buck for the estate.  We're lucky in that we've got a long selling time before the house itself is to be sold next year some time and that means a more calculated and careful approach to how the items are moved out of the door per se.

Personally, the best part about estate work for me is getting to prowl through the home/life of someone and put together a story of who they were in a way and see what they thought was important/valuable enough to keep around (i.e. snooping through their shit and everyone likes to snoop through people's shit at the end of the day).  :police:

Oh yeah. I think I remember you mentioning it before actually? Anyways sounds like a hoot.

Good song.  I don't remember this one but I was only a casual Ramones fan in the day.

Yeah, apologies if I'm repeating myself in this regard.

Not at all. Repeat it as much as you like, it's a great story. :)
