I didn't have high expectations going into this game, but wow, this is a lot of fun!  I think I am definitely going to buy a copy while it is on sale.

Yup.  I think it's a blast to play as long as you stay away from the free-for-all servers and if you don't get too many asshats on the objective servers.

Free for all is a good way to unlock weapons.

Free for all servers are chaotic messes and the reason why I was reluctant to get into MP in the first place.

I discovered that just practicing against some bots can be a lot of fun.  They seem to do a pretty good job of fighting back, even including using kicks.   ;D

Is there a way to disable chat?  I will say that I am finding the chat community to be worse than anything I've seen in Call of Duty.  This is probably due to the free to play weekend, but I am tired of seeing vulgar/racist comments, and 16 yo trash talkers filling the chat box with their adolescent blather.   >:(

Also, the other day I accidentally hit some key that brought up a menu that included communication options, including war cries and stuff.  Anybody know what key that was?   ???

"Z" brings up objective shouts such as "forward", "retreat", "kill the archers", etc.

"X" brings up general chatter shouts like "yes", "no", and some pretty funny taunts.

There's also a war cry button.  Try not to press it when standing still if baddies are close because it'll loock you into an animation loop showing you banging your shield or brandishing your weapon as you shout and the enemy gets a couple of free whacks in while you wait for the animation to run its course.
