Anyone got any views/dealings about this US company?

I have Virgin Media in the UK and have always thought their customer service was second to none - upgrading peoples broadband free of charge, giving excellent deals for packages and customer support was great - but I've just heard they are selling to Liberty Global.

So I just wanted to see if there are people out their with views or dealings with the company.

Yeah - I was just wondering what this meant for Virgin Media customers. VM have always been pretty good with free upgrades or dealing with your grievances...often updating your package to "help out"

So I just don't know what's going to happen.

I'd hope the company would offer more to try and get more of the market - as Sky have 10 million subscribers to Virgin's 4 (5?) million

If they also do Wireless then I hope you guys really like you next mobile phone because you will be stuck with it for two years.
