I've now got it downloaded and finding my way round. Do we have a Grog-only room set up on there at all?

There's been a Wargamer group on there since it's release named WOOT.  I'm not sure how many members still play regularly - I've not played in quite awhile to see.

Darn, I thought someone had discovered Legend's old fantasy first-person shooter based on Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series.

Oh man.. I thought that game was terrible.  I heard some people enjoyed it.  :P

Some parts of the game had some poor design, but overall I liked it a lot. Not many fantasy FPSes, and this had good art and often good level design. (Sometimes good art. The costume designs for at least three of the characters were hilariously awful.)

Aye, although I admit, after playing WoT a few times, and admiring the graphix, I did find its too 'arcady' for my tastes, and I've uninstalled it.

If it wasn't for the paid Super-Ammo and, notably, the arbitray "Hit Points" system, I'd like WOT a lot more.

I thought the graphics looked better before the big gfx update.  Now it has that shitty vaseline-smeared hazy look with all the post-processing crap they put in.  If this is what some of these designers think makes it look 'real', then they need an eye exam and some bottle-thick glasses.  ::)

I was a big fan of WOT for the first year or so, even got a couple of premium tanks but, after they Nerf'ed the hell out of them they lost me (you pay for this and then they change it). The game just hasn't evolved, the added physics & new game play modes didn't add all that much and they removed more maps than they added in the last 8 months. Their business model seems to be release a new line of tanks with some of over powered higher tier and some new premiums to get players to buy gold to get them, then Nerf the hell out of them a month or two later, wash, rinse, repeat. The game play in random battles seems to have gone down hill to the point, it's just no fun anymore.
