PE another mod you should try is Duel Sheath Redux. It makes it so you can see your off hand weapon sheathed and makes it so your shield/staffs are showed sheathed on your back.

PanzersEast: Have to think to myself.... will I play the first one by the Winter Sale?  Probably not, then I should remove Dragonfall
PanzersEast: but that is thinking too logically.... and Steam Sales are about ignoring Logic

I have used it for a while, missed it on the list thanks.... I have added some more armour and divided the Homes and Cities apart.  There are some issues with running some of them together as they can overwrite the same space mesh.

Tested Skyrim Loadout and I preferred Categorized favorites over Skyrim Loadout.  I am not sure how much more I will add as I have a lot active and much more will break it I feel.... also having to keep up with them as well.

I think Duel Sheath is one of the best mods to come out in awhile. It beats all the skimpy armor mods. Although I hope the author expands it to include the functionality of Armed to the Teeth, where all of your equipped weapons get displayed.

I noticed a lot of player homes use the whiterun/rivverwood area. Doesn't surprise me some of them conflict. I tried Skyrim Loadout for an hour or two and then went back to categorized favorites (oni edition). I think the maximum number of plugins you can have loaded is 150 or 200, after that it the game will start to become really unstable or not playable at all. I currently have 136 files in my load order, and keeping track of them all is a little annoying. Not to mention having to run patches for both SkyRe and Duel sheath when ever I add/update/remove a mod or any special uninstall or update instructions a mod may require. As Gus said you can almost make a career out of modding Skyrim

What a fantastic post ... I get lost with all the mods for some games - this is very helpful.
"you are the rule maker, the dictator, the mini- Stalin, Mao, Hitler, the emperor, generalissimo, the MAN. You may talk the talk and appear to be quite easy going to foster popularity, but to the MAN I say F*CK YOU." And Steve G is F******g rude ? Just another day on the BF forum ... one demented idiots reaction to BF disagreeing about the thickness of the armour on a Tiger II turret mantlet.

I am watching Immersive Bounty Hunting - http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29448 as it is in Beta, but looks like a great idea.

I am just about at the end of testing and just playing... I was really interested in Immersive Creatures, Weapons and Armor Degradation and Repair, and Interesting NPCs to close it out.

Dare I ask what Enhanced Whiterun is like?

It adds a lot of foliage to Whiterun and you can expects larger FPS drop.  I have now opted for Beautiful Whiterun http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12110  It keeps the feel of the town better imo and not like a settlement.

REALLY enjoying Interesting NPCs.... however with all the other mods UFO and Convenient horses, you have to use a compatibility alternate that is supplied with the mod... did not even try the main file as I figured it would break the other companion mods.

My mind is blurred at the amount of mods to choose from.

PE, Found a few more mods you might find interesting.

Less Intrusive HUD: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/35154/
Allows you to change/adjust pretty much every HUD element, including scaling, location, notifications, etc. It works with both SkyUI and iHUD.

Duel Wield Parry http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9247/
Allows you to parry while duel wielding. SKSE version lets you set a block key. Has a controller package for those using a 360 controller;.

Nice, thanks.  I will give them a try.  Really interested in the dual wield parry.  Have you tried alternate start mod?

I've enjoyed interesting NPCs, although they can break your companions occasionally when battling on horseback... But I can overlook it as it only happened once.  I have a bard companion with me right now from the mod and he is pretty witty....

Have had a couple things crop up testing and will report back later.  One funny thing is purple potatoes as I have a missing texture :-p

Duel Wield Parry is a mod I've been looking for for awhile. I remember seeing it when it first came out and the author saying he was going to write and SKSE version, but I forgot about it until I saw it on a Youtube mod review.

I haven't tried an alternate start mod yet. If I can find one that works with Skyrim Redone, I'm going to use it for my next character. The prisoner intro gets old after awhile.

I've used interesting NPC's before. On my last character, I had a bug where UFO/Interesting NPC's wouldn't let me dismiss one of the new followers Interesting NPC's added. After trying to fix it, including temporarily uninstalling UFO, I just used the console and deleted him.

I think I read somewhere that the alternate start breaks one of the mods listed.... I'll have to go back and look as I am with you the prisoner start gets old.

I believe SMIM has broken my potatoes...  Need to move it down in the load order... I believe that will fix it.
