I haven't actually played KOTOR 2, but KOTR 1 was amazing. Had a great story with a twist. I think to get the best out of KOTOR 2 you need to download the restoration project: http://www.moddb.com/mods/the-sith-lords-restored-content-mod-tslrcm/downloads

No problem! It was when I found the mod that I decided I finally needed KOTOR 2, then the sale yesterday I pulled the trigger.

I decided not to pick up any DLC for Skyrim.... at least until I finish the main quest line and all the mods I have installed. Maybe in the Winter Sale I will pick them up. With my gaming ADD... there is a 50/50 chance.

Probably the last day of the sale today. I've got Kerbal in my cart. I'll hold off on actually buying until I look over what's left of my wishlist, and until we see the next round of Flash Deals, then make my final buy.

Kerbal is a wonderful game I don't think you'd regret it if you like building things, watching things blow up, and doing amazing things that most people would find absolutely nerdy as hell. :)

Well, I just bought Dragon's Lair.

Like many, I have fond memories of playing it- but mostly watching other people play it- back in the 80's. I was about 13 when it came out and let me tell you, it was painful dropping $1 a play on a game that lasted about 30 seconds before it was all my lives were gone...so now, 30 years later, I will have the chance to finally finish the game!

The 13-year old me is very happy right now!

Check out some of Scott Manley's KSP Tutorials on YouTube. You'll probably get an idea if you'd enjoy it from the first one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgPr4q5tj-Q He has a lot of them, along with many other people.

If that looks interesting to you at all, it's even more so once you start toying around free-style on your own.

Ok, I'm done.

I grabbed Hearthfire DLC for Skyrim since it's the only one I don't have, and I bought Dead Space since I've been keeping my eye on it till the end.

There are a few other games I sort of wanted, but they can wait. Final damage was probably on the order of $75 or so for the whole sale. Not too bad, and I have a ton of new games that I don't even know when I'll get around to playing!

To celebrate all the new games I have, I think I'm going to go outside and read a book for a while. ::) I have quite a backlog of those, as well. :-[

Pulled the trigger on Kerbal, and also grabbed the Joe Danger pack. The $10 and change I had in my Steam wallet from selling game cards and purely cosmetic TF2 items took the edge off. ;D

I was also going to pick up The Showdown Effect...except the demo doesn't work. Won't play at all. If you can't get your demo to work, I am not giving you money for your damn game.
