Looks like DCS world have finally told us what is going on with the Razbam affair as much as they were allowed.

"In response to recent comments and questions made by Razbam Simulations, its proxies and/or external developers, Eagle Dynamics confirms that it signed a settlement agreement with Razbam at the end of 2024 to put an end to the existing disputes and that such agreement also provides for a strict confidentiality requirement that prevents Eagle Dynamics from disclosing further information.
Eagle Dynamics can, however, confirm that Razbam instructed Eagle Dynamics to cease selling the modules developed by Razbam and its independent developers. All modules continue to function 'as is' and despite not receiving any access to source codes or cooperation from Razbam and its external developers, Eagle Dynamics will do its best to ensure that these modules continue to function in 2.9.X.
We are still hoping to be able to implement the settlement agreement and to find a satisfactory outcome to the current situation, in the best interests of our valued community.

^ saw that as well.  Apparently you can refund the f15 for store credit and get a different module.  I don't really want the mig29 and I own everything else.  I really just want my f15 supported / finished or just have my money back... unless they let me use it to get the f35 when ever that comes out.

The redditors are running pretty wild with ED's latest razbam announcement.  They claim Nick Grey is Bernie Madoff and dcs is a module away from bankruptcy.  Which is probably nonsense, but they do raise a few questions, like why is that guy even in the loop and do dcs dollars fund his warbird collection.  I kind of have the same sentiment towards Chris Roberts and Star Citizen.

See, this is the kind of shit that annoys me. Eagle Dynamics is owned by Nick Grey. It is his company. As far as I know, it is not public. Therefore, there is no board of directors and no shareholders. He can spend the money however he wants. That is not a conspiracy. It is called capitalism. If he spends all the money on airplanes in his collection, ostensibly, ED will just go out of business eventually.

What I find more intriguing is that apparently, there was a settlement agreement executed. I would be very interested to know its terms. Furthermore, it begs the question, if there was a settlement agreement that one or both parties claims was breached, where do they go from here. Is there going to be formal, binding dispute resolution? Will it require ADR? Litigation in a court of law? What happens now and what efforts are being made, if any, to restore development of the Razbam line of products? These are the questions people should be focusing on, not on Nick Grey and how he spends his damn money. 

I'll confess, the revelation of a breached settlement agreement, with no further insight into the future intentions, leaves me feeling that the situation is grimmer than ever with a negative outcome for customers more likely than not at this point.

Discussing such an issue on a forum controlled by one of the conflict parties seems unwise...

Unless there's a specter gunship version down the road, i'm fine with the freeware version.  If I want to ship stuff in a wide body, I'll just do MSFS2020....but to each his own.  The DFA server guys are fired up on this as their dynamic missions are based on logistics.  They make you fly in supplies to the front to unlock your favorite aircraft.
