Based on the past several years with the Summer Sale starting well into June and even July, I'd be surprised if it started today....not upset mind you :P, just surprised.

Steam's web store has been pretty much down for me for hours now.

Is anyone else having problems with it?

EDIT: Seems to be "up" again but still won't let me purchase anything.

I keep seeing reports of the various Steam servers being down.
The store is currently down, and the Discussion Boards on Steam are filled with people complaining.

There are numerous regional Steam servers.  Often, when someone can't access it, their specific regional server is down but other people can still get in since others are still up.

Anyway, it's stabilized now.

Their servers have been wank lately in my experience. Can't remember the last time they were able to saturate my connection for any length of time.
