Charity Request

Hi everyone.

You may or may not know that I do some charity work. It's nothing ground breaking - and in fact involves a sport I love - cycling.

I'm a big old 20 stone Scot who loves cycling and, for his evil love of chocolate (and affliction!) has managed to not lose any weight in 5 years.

BUT - I do love to cycle and average between 16 and 18 mph (course dependant!)

Anyway - I am doing a bike ride...well several...but this one is for a charity close to my heart - at 47...AGE UK.

This is predominantly a US site - but I know there are a lot of Brits round here - so you might be helped by this charity in a few years.

Anyway - if you can give, please do so. If you can't, no problem. I have to ask on behalf of the charity. I totally understand peoples finances have changed over the years and I totally understand some people give to other charities. So I don't expect any money from anyone and I don't want anyone to feel pressured or guilty.

If you can, then please give. If you cannot - then really - don't worry about it. Everyone's circumstances are different.
