Falcon BMS 4.33, Wolfenstein II, Assassins Creed: Origins and, meh...who knows what else the weekend may bring.
An enjoyable one to all.
A Wing And A Prayer
This War Of Mine (board game)
Gliders From The Sky
St. George's Valor
And I'm hoping to learn a bit about Enemy Coast Ahead: The Doolittle Raid
Doesn't anyone wait for FRIDAY anymore? :crazy2:
^What are you playing?
Shadow of War for me, with some Medieval 2: Stainless Steel v.6.4, Warhammer: TW and Planescape: Torment Enhanced Edition waiting in the wings.
JH, didn't you bitch me out a few months ago for starting a Friday thread early?

Maybe. What's your point?
You started a Friday thread early. Obviously that's my point.
It's got to be Friday somewhere by now. After "Thor" in the morning, I'll be showing the Frenchies how to win a war Birth of America: Montcalm's Campaign. They're such slow learners.
It was Friday somewhere when I started my thread, too. I'm not pissed, but I don't feel compelled to keep quiet about it, either.

Right. Sorry. I'll be playing Bupkis. Got stuff to do in RL and lose at fantasy football. I should finish the '87 Bracket in time to post on Sunday though.
Shadow of War! I've gotten into Act II of the game now, where you can turn captains and warchiefs and start conquering fortresses and shit. So far, so good!
Saturday will involve some board game trades and buys, and Sunday evening will see me at yet another concert.
Great tune and I didn't think it was going to be.
I'm playing F1 2017 and I'm being drawn and drawn and drawn to Call of Duty:WWII. If I buy it, I'll be sorely disappointed with myself.
I don't know what else - perhaps I'll continue my Call of Duty:Infinite War as I never finished it and am looking to the new one - though I don't think doing so will scratch the itch and actually probably aggravate it.
I'm so lame
Enjoy your weekend everyone.
I hope to get a chance to break in First Martians: Adventures on the Red Planet the board game i got me from the Spiel17 in Essen.
i already cleared a table and have set it up once (unboxed it, clipping doesn't seen to be needed at all) and watched instructional vids on YT.
Having recently completed the first season of Game of Thrones, I've been drawn back to trying Crusader Kings II again. Great fun so far. And I'll certainly play more Civilization 6.

No, I don't remember the thread. It was probably a few years ago. You definitely got pissy in it, though. When you started a thread early it seemed hypocritical to me, so I mentioned it. Unlike what I recall of your post, mine wasn't pissy, though it obviously touched a nerve.
I guess attitudes on the subject have lightened recently. I had thoughts about starting the thread several times in recent weeks but someone always beats me to it by O/P'ing early. I didn't want to do that because I recalled the chewing out I got before. I guess if I want to post some good music, I'll just keep it in Jukebox type threads. In any case, it's a dumb thing to get upset about. I'm dropping the subject so the last word is yours if you need it.

I forgot I installed Silent Hunter 3 again. I might add on the GWX mod, but regardless I really would like to give it a try. I've spent entirely too little time with both SH3 and 4.
I'm also considering picking up the SH4 U-boat Missions DLC, which will enable me to add some mods onto SH4.

Probably nothing. I think about playing games all the time, but usually end up getting paralyzed by choices and just watch random youTube videos or check GH for new posts. I am, at least, painting again. Getting buzzed, putting on good music and painting fantasy mini's is a pretty good evening for me. The
buzzed part sometimes leads to making embarrassing posts.
I just got Kingdom Death: Monster (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/poots/kingdom-death-monster-15/description) delivered by Fedex yesterday morning, minutes before I had to leave for work. :pullhair: The box weighed 22.4 pounds. It doesn't any more.
Had a free game from Amazon - couldn't decide on Scythe, Terraforming Mars, or possibly First Martians. I ended up getting This War Of Mine, the board game. It looks damn dark and depressing but I've read praising reviews of it, and I liked the computer game, so I thought I'd take a chance.

Sorry to hear that, went through the slow slide a couple years ago....go have some moments with your "mama" ...have a safe trip sir.
I've often thought about starting a FRIDAY thread early...i mean i'm in the PST....isn't that the last friggin time zone on earth. It's usually after a FRIDAY thread with sub-standard musical choices that i'm urged to start an early FRIDAY thread. I mean it's like Jimmy Buffet sang .....It's FRIDAY clock somewhere...or at least something like that, so i figure i would get off with some light punishment...maybe light public ridicule. I have excellent music taste, and i feel that maybe i should have certain designated FRIDAYS through out the year assigned to me to acknowledge my musical taste superiority. I mean it would be for the good of the order, a benefit to all kind of thing...a win..win so to speak....i see no down side. So give it some thought all you FRIDAY thread groupies O0
As to what i'll be playing, some of the usual things. PBEM turns for JTCS, CM, Pike and Shot, Sengoku Jidai, and probably going to start a FOG2 PBEM. Picked up a couple games last days of the sale, Monstrum and Soma. Monstrum is a kind of hide and seek, you vs monster. Three monster types, random generated cargo ship setup, you have to find, fix things to get off the ship before the monster finds you and kills you...you die you start all over and you don't know which monster type until you see it. I enjoyed Amnesia so i'm finally going to give Soma a try. The creepy atmosphere is supposed to be great along with the story...we'll see...so it will be dark room and headphones for these games.
Special shout out to Jomni.....if i'm not mistaken you did Sengoku Jidai. Most excellent Sir, i should of picked up this game earlier. In my first PBEM game with another newbie to the game. It took about 6 turns for it to turn into a complete mess on the field.......and i love it. Great game with lots of flavor..great job sir :bd:

I recently grabbed Utopia DLC, so I have been playing a bit more Stellaris. I even have an AI race that I created inspired by Banzai Cat's avatar. Besides Stellaris I have been playing more on my tablet as I had to this morning at the VA getting my infusion, so I had time to chill out and play Pathfinder, Tunnels and Trolls or Underhand (which is a perfect HP Lovecraft themed card game (free too!) . Maybe MOO2, Distant Worlds.
But it is pretty much an R&R kind of weekend for me. :)

Handed out the Campaign Series: Middle East 1948-1985 2.0 UPDATE to Matrix Slitherine to prepare for general availability. So maybe I'll be playing the dang game for a change :)

Mostly playing Strike Fighters 2 with the excellent Falklands 82 mod from combatace. Finally getting the hang of landing the Harrier onto the carrier, but it's still very hard and very ungraceful when I do land.

Thanks Arctic - you are my only hope. If I hear the word Palantir uttered again in the game I'm going to lose it, btw.
It won't be uttered again once...he gets his metal mitts on it... ;)

::)
I don't even know where to begin.
I'm off this weekend (well I've been off since this morning).

Correct! That's exactly where I got it. I'll have to do some extra tweaking on their ethics, government etc.
I've been out of the country for 2.5 weeks with my laptop and played nothing except Disciples 2 Gold from gog.com Gog is great for older laptops and low to no internet connection.
^Disciples series! \m/
