The weekend has arrived! At quitting time, we can schlep back home and put our pixeltruppen on the march and bring glory to our...selves! Earlier this week, I fired up Hearts Of Iron 2 Doomsday. I am Italy. It is the summer of '39 and I am furiously building in order to take a hand in the upcoming conflict.

Bob (and Mrs. B) willing, I should be able to get some Warlock MP in this weekend. There will probably be some Avernum Escape From The Pit going on at some point as well.

More World of Tanks for my MP fix and I plan to give Star Ruler a thorough play through. Last weekend I played through the tutorial and was quite impressed by the improvements made with the latest patches.

Perhaps some Deus Ex: Human Evolution, perhaps start Endless Space, maybe some Shogun 2, and a dash of Skyrim. If I remember I will also download the beta for the American McGee game I covered in GARPA.

I've got a bunch of minis to paint and I am hoping to get some boardgames in as well. However, that may all come to naught as the call of Skyrim has gripped me once again and I am getting immersed back into the game world. I forgot how much fun it was to just run around and look at everything.

It's Black Tom Weekend at World of Tanks, so I'll be spending some time there each day until it ends.

As for single player games, The Authentic Colonization mod for Sid Meier's Civilization IV: Colonization was recently recommended to me and I will be playing it a bit. I will most likely fire up the original WarCraft for a round or two or three.

I'm not sure what other gaming bug will bite me before this weekend is over.

Some more Kingdoms of Amalur.... finish up the Soviet campaign in Unity of Command, though I really need to get a brilliant victory in the Don Offensives mission to see all the scenarios. I only managed a decisive victory, and am not sure I have it in me to be brilliant ;-)
