USA Today is conducting a poll asking "Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms?"

To vote go here.
Regardless of how good a PC game may be it will always have its detractors and no matter how bad a PC game may be it will always have its fans.

Hmmmm...can't seem to find the "HELL YES" option...seriously though, the NRA must be spamming that poll. 97% say 'YES' so far. lol

Well... if I wanted to be pedantic, I could go on and on and try to argue the other side. just for sport. But what I really think is this might be one of those "idiot polls" that people use to say "45% of America doesn't know what the Second Amendment does."

I believe it came about due to Attorney General Eric Holder's belief that the 2nd Amendment does not give individuals the right to bear arms.

Well, there is that militia clause. But, with the way American law now stands, the application of the 2nd Amendment is pretty clear.

"We are pleased that the Virginia Senate and House of Delegates have recognized the importance of repealing one gun a month, legislation that rationed the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Virginians," said NSSF Senior Vice President and General Counsel Lawrence G. Keane. "We look forward to Gov. McDonnell's signature on this very important bill."

I need a government handout to do that. Can't afford it at the moment. Maybe when we're a giant publishing empire, instead of buying my second Ferrari I'll do something like that.
