^^ I remember one of his first bands, The Patty Duke Syndrome, gigging around Raleigh back when I worked at the radio station in the early 90s.

I'm hoping he tours up here soon. I haven't seen him since he cleaned up, and let's just say drugged up Ryan wasn't exactly the greatest show ever.

Ironically, I only "discovered" AIC maybe 7-8 years ago.  I knew they existed before that, but otherwise hadn't paid them much attention.  However, I moved to the Twin Cities around that time, and someone at the area's main rock station must have been a fan, because they played their songs all the dang time (especially tracks off their Dirt album).  Before long, I was hooked.  8)

Yep, another great song!  "Would" and "No Excuses" are probably my two favorites, but I've never heard a bad tune from them yet.  :)

And now for something delightfully horrible.

I never really liked Scott Stapp (Creed vocalist). I found it hilarious that within days of the whole band deciding it was over, the rest of them re-formed as Alter Bridge. But Mr. Stapp has produced one incredible mess that might just be the lamest song of all time.

Marlins Will Soar is a song he did for the Miami Marlins. It features lyrics so awful you will not be able to stave off the douche chills...or the laughter. And the vocals. Sweet merciful crap those vocals!
