John Tiller newer Napoleonic games

 Is the AI still pretty useless on the newer games?

I have a few of the HPS titles from him and they were only good if you were playing another person.

I have always been pulled to the 1813 campaign and now he has a two games from that campaign.

There are more scenarios that were designed for solo play now.  I still think the best experience is against another player.
