I picked up the whole Gamersgate set awhile back.  I still haven't attempted playing as a merchant republic but damn have I done some very bad things to people who were in my way.  ;D

Steam had Crusader King II and most of the DLCs on sale as part of the Linux kickoff sale they had for the past several days.  The Republic was not originally part of the sale, but was apparently added in earlier this week.  I didn't know/notice until I saw Fran's post (thanks again Fran!) and just was able to grab it right before the sale ended at 1pm ET.

If you haven't already checked out the Groginati Sales thread, Gamestop (Impulse) is currently selling the Crusader Kings II Complete Pack for $31.49 (down from $89.99).  This includes all DLC up through The Republic, as well as all the various song, unit, & portrait packs.
