Internet slowdown - massive attack

I have suspected for a while that it was possible bad guys were sifting through my PC. Looks like it's not only possible, but likely.

I'd be happy if someone could tell me how the fcuk to organize my smilies on Photobucket using the new UI. For being an improvement it sure is baffling.
