Lobsters are common enough in Maine that McDonalds serves lobster rolls (sandwiches) for a few bucks on their menu.

McD's sells 'em all over Atlantic Canada too.

I lived in New England for a couple of years and never could bring myself to get one, either. Then again, I'm not a big fan of their food overall.

They serve spam and eggs here in Hawaii.  And when I was in Texas (or maybe it was West Virginia?) I seem to remember they had biscuits and gravy at McD's.  Now that's good eating!   ;D
