Question for MetalDog

Here's a dumb question but are there any branches that could be scraping part of the house when the wind blows? Noises can carry through the open spaces in walls so you may hear it in one place but it could be happening somewhere else.

I have a trap that captures a mouse alive (worked on a wood mouse who had sneaked in the cellar)
Best lure is Nutella (hazelnut chocolate creme)   ...and i released that wild animal on the border of my garden for good karma ;-)

You can certainly live trap them.  It just seems to be a little more difficult.
