It's DICE, so that seems likely.

Battlefield 4 looks good, though. That new version of the engine is insane. Entire massive buildings can come down and block roads with rubble, at least some structures have full internal structures modeled, really pretty cool stuff.

Here's a video of a live 64-player multiplayer demo they did for BF4. Gives some idea of what this game engine is capable of. If building collapses like that are something that happens as a result of damage and not just to select structures...damn.

Very imressive video....and I agree, can't see it remotely being available in 2013...based on the small footage, maybe 2014 is even pushing it.
