Pardox's Salem going into Beta soon.

The beta for this game is supposed to start sometime in April. They're using an unusual
methods for signing up. One has to get three other people to sign up using one's unique
beta link to secure a slot.

Was pretty easy, just a name & email address, then email confirmation.

Perhaps this crafting style MMO will grab me since I'm burned out on the regular ones.

Didn't you say that you only need three people to use your link to guarantee you're in the beta? This should put you at three, right?

I'm supposed to have one. No idea why it stopped showing.
At first it only displayed 50% of the times, then 33% and kept dropping. Now it doesn't show at all :P

I just received a Beta invite a few days ago. Jumped in tonight.

They seem pretty lax on info and such - not much effort at an NDA at all. I guess it's pretty open since it'll be a free-to-play. The Open Beta will supposedly be this summer.

Their character system mechanics are excellent. For that sole reason, it's addictive - the levelling up part.

Anyone else get an invite??
