I might could get my 10-year-old to play with me, but that backlog is really building up.

I subscribe to the buy 2 play 1 philosophy so I'm still ahead according to my math.

Wizkids is coming out with a Star Trek version that uses the same gaming system.

Now that is something that I could get in to.

It's NICE! The linen effect on the counters is nice... though it might make some of the exponents hard to see in some lighting.
Boards are nice and bleak... just what you'd expect of the desert.

Full colour rule book, scenarios and charts.

Will try to squeeze in a game this weekend.

I have my copy of Eisenbach Gap Deluxe as well. The maps are on hardboard- the thickest I've seen in a long time! Barth, I agree about the board and counter texture. It looks nice but a bit odd. Depending on the angle of lighting the surface appears to shimmer a bit. BTW, I actually got 2 copies. I forgot that I opted for the Pre-order two-pack deal and I can't remember why I did. Maybe I was thinking the game would increase in value so a sealed copy would be good to have.

I'm bumming since I haven't seen copies and I worked on both of them.  :'(  Alas, I'm too busy on Red Storm right now to enjoy them anyway. All things in good time.
