Really?

I got the impression that the DLC packs were overpriced for how much content you got out of them. The sale prices still seem a bit steep at ~$13 for a DLC pack.

I paid full price for both and I feel I got my moneys worth out of them. Neither storyline is anything new but the experience was still enjoyable. The area Dawnguard covered is pretty significant. Sure it still takes place in Skyrim but some of the dungeons were pretty long. Dragonborn had added Solstheim which isn't all that big itself, but again some of the dungeons were more then a 20 minute dungeon crawl. Dawnguard also added the etherium wars quest line which is one of the best side quests I've seen in the game.

I no sooner got Dragonborn loaded then cultists began attacking me. And they summoned a spriggan I couldn't kill with fire. Didn't see that coming.

Well as of right this minute...I've bought Knights of the Old Republic 2 (going to download the restored content mod and play it...I'd always heard it was incomplete and never played it even though KOTOR 1 was one of my favorite games of all time.

As I was saying, as of now I've bought:

Knights of the Old Republic 2
Natural Selection 2
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Tropico 4
Dishonored (actually someone gifted me that)

and the most expensive game I've bought

Cube World (also the only game I regret buying...)

Sorry I should have mentioned, Cube World isn't on steam yet.

It isn't bad...I just didn't know it was so unfinished. :(

I watched some gameplay video and bought it quickly without reading...something I rarely do. It WILL be pretty cool, but as it is now there isn't a lot to do other than kill things.

I looked at it as well... I was hoping to get 7 Grand Steps on the cheap but has not... Still contemplating purchasing the Skyrim DLC.

I thought about Prison Architect but I think once it is finished the price is supposed to be $10-$15.

I grabbed KOTOR 2...didn't even know that I wanted it!

I'm eyeballing the Empire at War gold pack. I already have the first game, but you have to put the disk in to run it...I'm considering just ponying up the $13 to get both games and not have to deal with the disk check anymore...

I'm also trying to decide if I want to finish up by buying Dive to the Titanic and that Game of Thrones RPG. Titanic got blasted by everyone and I haven't found a positive endorsement yet, but it seems like a game I might like despite all the criticism. Game of Thrones I have mixed feelings about. I don't feel like I have to have it, but I am curious...again, not very good reviews but not horrible either.

I probably have enough new stuff to wait it out until the Xmas sale for everything I didn't get yet. This fence-sitting is hard!

I actually own KOTOR I & II disks, along with the original Empires At War. I was thinking of firing up EAW again the next time I need an SW strategy fix, since ye olde SW Rebellion is getting so old it has an 'E' on the end.

Also.. I had a problem running KOTOR II on the CD/DVD version, with WinVista a few years ago so never got to play it much. It may well be a coding issue but at ~$3.39, I'll take a gamble.

Now that I have enough games to last for two years of straight play time, I'll have to stock up on supplies and disappear for awhile to experience all of them. :-\

Curious, is it worth getting both KOTR 1 and KOTR 2, or should you just stick with KOTR 2? Anybody have an opinion?
