Gamestop (formerly Impulse) has the DE for less than $19 right now - $40 below regular price.  I've been waiting for a good sale, and at the price I'll live with the Ubi DRM.

I think it is easily worth that amount. I had good fun with the game.

Up to you.  The deluxe version came with an art book and soundtrack.
