I question the real motivation of the photographer, but it seems clear he was within his rights. I do wonder about the decision to hold a 'secret' exercise in a very public location.

Gus - I use sweatpants with flannel shorts to soak up my crotch sweat.

Then I'd say that Canadian Special Forces are about as effective as their sub force.

Considering the near constant government surveillance most of live under these days, I have no problem with citizens exercising their legal rights to document government activity.
