I guessed one right, and Stagger's eludes me.  Oh I've seen it, but my brain can't make the connection.  I want to say "Carry On Doctor", but I'm sure that's not right.

The Well Known Actor in the picture is the place to start. Then think biting social satire film. It wasn't
a huge box office success but it's become a definite cult classic (among fans of Said Well Known Actor, at least!)
Most of you probably know who he is but here are two more of his films to guess:
