Advent Calendar of Gaming / An Intervention

I have too many games.  I spend more time looking at game deals than playing games...  I spend more time scrolling through my Steam list and looking at both my installed games folder, and the folder that holds all my game installers...not to mention the shelf of disk games next to my computer.

I have a problem.

So I think for the next few days (or as long as I can keep it up) I'm going to make myself play some of these games that are collecting digital dust.  A different one each day.

I once took about 9 months off from any gaming whatsoever...maybe its time to do that again.  Then when I come back I'll have all these new shiny games to play...that I already own but forgot about.

What is funny is that we would often get on to our daughter because she had so many toys and she played with none of them...yet always wanted more..   We started clearing them out and now she plays with the few she has left.  Maybe I need a dose of my own medicine.
