Hmmm, a young Bruce Willis. My only guess is Last Man Standing. I know it's wrong but it's all that my brain can produce.

Unless that's a Pittsburgh cop and it's that movie where Bruce played a motorboat cop from Pittsburgh... but I can't recall the name of the flick.

I can't believe I missed that! I love The Player! That scene is at the very end. He busts her out of the gas chamber (in the movie that Tim Robbins character produces).
