Talvisota then perhaps?  Although I don't recognize the characters shown in you picture as being in Talvisota but it has been a while since I saw the movie.  This then looks like maybe that movie the Russians made a few years ago about the defense of Minsk during Operation Barbarossa?

bob48 got it! It's the Finnish movie "Rukajärven tie", English title "The Ambush" or "Ambush 1941" about a team of Finnish recon soldiers beyond the Russian border in Karelia in 1941!
