Shadowrun...well, I am falling head over heels in love with this game.

I've been looking at Shadowrun for awhile, but even at $3.74 I still find myself on the fence. I think the open world of Divinity: Original Sin is more up my ally.

I bought it.  I like turn based RPGs and for less than a pint, why not?  Also grabbed the DLC for State of Decay even though I've had that for a month or more and never played it yet.

Thanks I'll keep an eye out as you have more time with it....its pretty cheap so probably should just do it, but likely will hold off a bit.

Never mind, I just spotted Legend of Grimrock on sale and got that instead.  :)

The sales just rolled over again.  Banished is 50% off and while I want to get this one I think I am going to hold out for 75% off especially since there does not seem to be alot of replyability.

any opinions on banished? The one thing that has put me off is that i've read when you get to a certain point everything is self sustaining and once that point is reached whats the point.

Regarding prison architect, i haven't played for a few builds but have about 20 hours into the game and if you like management sims and building.... i'd go for it. The developers update pretty regularly. The thing that bugged me was laying the water and electric lines, sometimes i just couldn't get them like i wanted them and couldn't figure out why. Also I couldn't get the workers  sometimes to tear the stuff down i wanted too. Those are the only things i recall that bugged me and all that may have been improved since i last played. I'm not disappointed with this early access game at all.

Mr. Poo enjoy legend of grimrock, that was a tough one for me or maybe i just suck :)

Just sustained some pretty heavy damage. Project Zomboid, Age of Empires II HD, Rocksmith 2014 (always wanted to learn guitar), Banished and Rise of NAtions Extended HD (and it wasn't even on sale)...damn it.

State of Decay + DLC is the only damage for me, for the moment. Shadowrun is tempting but I'm not sure its my type of RPG.

I was tempted to get the DLC for SoD too, but I need to play it some more before I am sure that I will ever need it.  Shadowrun...well, I am falling head over heels in love with this game.   :)  The setting is just too cool.  Neo Noir (like Blade Runner) meets fantasy...what a match!  Now I know why this game also has such a rabid fanbase. 

I love the Shadowrun setting since picking up the first edition pen & paper rules long ago.  It didn't sound appealing from initial appearances at the time, but I was quickly sold once I got into it.  I even picked up the new Fifth Edition Core rulebook a few months ago, just for some reading if nothing else.

Just wish there was more gaming stuff out for it.  The mechanics in Shadowrun Returns has little relation to the P&P game, unfortunately.  The only possible future release I've discovered is some tabletop strategy game focused on gang warfare.  Oh.. and Shadowrun Online but that's just a browser MMO so it's probably not as heavy as we'd prefer.
