Well, there's only one place that I'm aware of that has the legend of Nazis being killed and freezing while standing, and that's the Winter War between Finland and Russia. However, other than the Fire & Ice documentary put out a few years ago heavily featuring Bill Trotter, I don't know of a feature film covering the subject. I'd hit IMDB, but that's outside of the rules.
