The only game that matters to me right now is War Thunder.  Everything else is just filler until I get a chance to fly my birds and hunt for prey. 

I do have some multiplayer action going on though that is quite good:  Battlefield Academy with Grimnirsson and Himorii as well as some Unity of Command, and a PBEM of Dominions 4 with a bunch of really great guys over at Desura.  Shout out to my homies Neconomicon&, Locathah, parone, Zramble, Dr. Quackzalver, too many more to mention...

I'm trying to get the hang of Elite; it's a totally new type of game for me. Also, I'll probably continue my Enemy Within campaign and Civ5 as Japan.

Indeed.  Tuna has hit me up a couple of times in the last month or so.  I'm terrible about pinging people when I see them on Steam, but I am always willing to converse if pinged.

I have to say that Morrowind has proven to be a lot like Tigana.  It took a long time to get into Morrowind, but now that I'm actually starting to get somewhere, and get into the story, it really is turning out to be a fantastic game.  It's awfully hard, but I'm just paying closer attention to what's going on and it's all starting to make sense. 

What I'm not doing is going anywhere near Skyrim while I'm playing Morrowind.  Undoubtedly if I get some Skyrim time it will spoil the magic of Morrowind...Skyrim just is way too much advanced and as long as I kind of forget all that NPC interaction, the better my Morrowind experience will be.

That's not going to happen.  There will ALWAYS be Warlock.

Well I've finally decided to take a break from Dota 2 for an undetermined length of time.

So far this weekend all I've done is torture myself looking at videos of Elite since I'll never have a PC capable of playing it.

As a result I've decided to install X3: Terran Conflict again and see if I can finally get into it.

I'm in agreement with what Metal Dog said.  There will always be Warlock.  I think that MetalDog, Tuna, and myself are those kind of players who when they find a game and enjoy it will play it for all eternity even if shinier new stuff does come out.   O0

Yeah I haven't been spending much time on Steam lately because War Thunder (on PS4) is my obsession these days.  But like MD said if you see me on Steam I'm always willing to talk to friends and set something up.  Which btw are you guys around this evening or Sunday night?

And if you want to try a multiplayer scenario in Battlefield Academy let me know.  I'd be happy to set one up for us.  The game is played in turns and you will get a notification of when it is your turn in your email so there is no need to sit at the computer for extended periods of time.  You play at your own pace.

If the original schedule is still good we may get the best of both worlds in a few months when Skywind releases. I'm really surprised Bethesda didn't shut them down from the start like they have previous projects, but it looks like they are going to let Skywind go.

I've tried going back to Morrowind a few times over the years, but it just feels boring and empty to me when compared to Oblivion and Skyrim.
