Well this is a grog site.  A Dilbert comic with an appropriate Grog relevance has to be at the very least sufficient.

Mine is the owner of the company I work for - been there before you, faster than you, better than you and more than you

He's currently in to chillis and brings them into work, you stand there with tears rolling down your face wondering why you agreed to taste it whilst he laughs telling you he didn't cry, he hasn't found one that could make him cry, he backpacked up the fucking himalayas to find the strongest ones in the universe, lost four fingers, had to eat his sherpa, had sex with 4 yetis and when he got back they still didn't make him cry - c*nt
