Reading some on the reader comments on CBC's website just makes my head shake. So many dumb comments including one that this was a false flag attack staged by the Canadian government in order to have an excuse to cancel next year's election. Or that the attack was done by a right winger who wants more civil liberties taken away from Canadians.

Where do such 'people' get such ludicrous ideas?

The same idiots who insist that 9/11 and the twin towers was a US Government/Israeli/Big Oil conspiracy. More mouth than brains, and generally despicable human beings.

They usually use reservists, high school and college kids to do lots of the ceremonial guard duties on Parliament Hill.

I'm sure he was proud to be serving time at the National War Memorial. So sad.
