Myabe they're all dead.  Or maybe some are.  Maybe none are.  Maybe it's just that circumstances later that make it impossible or highly unlikely (it's fantasy so I guess nothing's impossible, just annoying to the fans...see Luke and Leia as twins...) for 40's predictions to come true.

Well, time will tell.  And long before it actually unfolds, I will have forgotten that I ever made the prediction.  BTW, I was originally going to predict Robb Stark and Dragon Momma, but Wiki let me know that is not possible. 

I've picked Dragon Momma, as I cannot see the point in telling her story unless she becomes a serious contender for the throne.
