It's cool a dual citizen is doing that. The method of his stand shows good judgement. There can be a tendency of people in law enforcement to develop a hero complex, where they want the honors so bad they do things to create a situation. He is not hunting them down like a vigilante. His 'let them come' approach clearly forces the enemy to cross the line.

they got one of their crew to go into the streets and verbally abuse muslims in light of this event to see what happened

Are you trying to say it's alright to treat people like shit if they are a certain ethnicity? Or that Canadians love potential radicals? Both are BS.
