I'd rather see it in private hands but regulated as neutral.

Giving it all to the government is an invitation for abuse. I mean worse than it is already.

Yeah.  That's what you all want is the government in control of your internet.  There hasn't been a single act done by this administration that hasn't been political or about control.  Be careful what you celebrate and wish for on this one.  P.S.  The vox is right up there with Salon for liberal propaganda and a serious lack of intellectual honesty.

That's exactly what is being called for. The government isn't taking over the internet from the telecoms. It is regulating a private industry that has gone essentially unregulated.

This isn't a government take over of the internet. That's the kind of bullshit the big telecoms want to scare people with. You guys should know better.

Yep.  Double-edged sword, a move like this would be.

We need net neutrality.  But giving a single gov't entity sole power over the whole thing could have bad consequences too.
