Yeah. This is the downside of selling on steam. You get all these little animals criticizing that which they do not understand. I suspect the game will be treated pretty harshly in the steam forums.

I'll be following this one, so hope for some good impressions....I know I am in the minority, never have played a Warhammer game before so not sure if this is an appropriate one to jump in or whether you have to really understand that universe to enjoy. 

Does peek my interest to try something unique like this....

Forgot to ask one question I have and sorry if answered before....does this only have a campaign or does it also have some kind of random quick battle generator as well?  Trying to understand replayability.

Campaign story, skirmish scenarios to be played at random in any order you prefer, a-synchronic server based PBEM++ multiplayer and an editor is provided to create player custom content.

No its surly not a Panzer Corps 'full conversion mod' its an evolution into a new game  8)
and has a nice table top feel in conjunction with what made PC addictive in the past :)

Now i have to learn what all those stats are ...to make best tactical use of it  >:D

Guys the MP is Slith`s PBEM++ asynchronic server based MP, just like we have in BA, Panzer Corps, Commander, Pike and Shot, etc... and it is cross-platform, so over time you can play with and against anyone on whatever device we will port it to in your own pace.

And this is the first game release of a whole planned series, we plan to build this out, support and polish for some years to come, so a lot more content will be coming in the future.

Anyone knows how to play Hotseat?
It's in the game's feature list, but there's no such option at scenarios/campaigns/main-menu.
And trying to trick the system by accepting your own challenge doesn't work. :P

Alex will know best, but as far as I know Hotseat and Paired games will be added soon... we have build the UI assets for it already...
