Killing godless pinko-Commies in "Flashpoint Campaigns"
Trying to keep myself from buying War in the West and having my wife scream at me for spending $100 on a game and pretty book :tickedoff:

Get it delivered to work and sneak it into the house.... O0

Except we have a fraud protection that sends her alerts everytime there is an online card order over $75. I just have to wait for her to waste money on something.

Ahh... separate cards are your friend....  :coolsmiley:

I'll be playing overtime work with the boss says its got to be done by 8 am Monday DLC. Also have my nieces birthday tomorrow, so tomorrow will be an almost total no go for any gaming.

I'm hoping to be able to squeeze in at least a few hours of EUIV (Austria), Distant Worlds, WoW, Xenonuats, or Skyrim sometime Sunday
PanzersEast: Have to think to myself.... will I play the first one by the Winter Sale?  Probably not, then I should remove Dragonfall
PanzersEast: but that is thinking too logically.... and Steam Sales are about ignoring Logic

Got inspired to start up a new campaign in DC Case Blue -- am giving the modded "redux" campaign a whirl. I had been trying to get back into WITE lately, but I'm once again convinced that DC Case Blue is just a much, much better game.

Time allowing (almost certainly won't), will try to get in some Combat Mission - Fortress Italy. There's some weird bug in Red Thunder that won't let me load saved games past 26% -- devs are aware of it so hopefully a hotfix is on the way. I still have plenty of mileage left in Fortress Italy and Battle for Normandy, so I can wait.

...every time I try to get away from WW2 -- it keeps pulling me back in...  :knuppel2:

Good luck UCG....looks like you're going to fall on your feet soon.  O0

Going to play mostly:

- Omerta: the japanese incentive....the enemy gangs can be real pain...the challenge is much bigger now than in the main campaign.

- Horizon....still wondering why Martok hasn't tried it (especially as it was on sale lately).

Cheers

PON PBEM.

I got sucked back into War Thunder and I'm now obsessed with grinding my Soviet T-34 tank line.  I managed to bag 4 PzKw IV Ausf 2s and a Marder III in one game last night.  Kills are somehow ridiculously satisfying in this game.  I think it might be the X-ray kill cam that shows the path of your shell, the blast wave, and the shrapnel through the enemy tank.

Wasteland 2.    I'm enjoying it so far even though the humour seems to be more of Bob's school than mine.

I just cleared the schedule for this evening so I'm going to continue working on the VASSAL module and playtesting for the "Expanded" version of Hitler's War that I'm making.

I also want to start dabbling (with more intent) in DarkBasic Pro so that I can perhaps one day start my PC adaptation of Patton's Best.

I also need to get my game started for the fourth round of our Blood Bowl VASSAL league tournament.  I've been sucking wind thus far but its been fun.

Hahaha, yeah, we use that twisted logic too.  "You spent how much on that crap when we're skint?  Fine, I'll spend just as much money on myself then!"

This weekend I will be investigating Eldevin, a Java-based F2P MMORPG, because I just cannot get Rift working via WINE no matter how hard I try.  Well, I can access the character select screen, so I suppose I could spend an hour or two admiring my pretty characters.  Playing the game's more fun though.

Almost certainly some Sins of a Solar Empire - an actual victory for WINE.  Possibly some Don't Starve because surely the multiplayer expansion must be getting close by now (not that I've checked).  Probably some Din's Curse because I finally bought it in Soldak's Autumn sale.

And finally, although he seems to have forgotten, Geek and I were going to play some co-op Interstellar Marines.

Not that there's anything wrong with it!

Jarhead - Yeah. You're probably right.

Gus - I use sweatpants with flannel shorts to soak up my crotch sweat.

Banzai Cat - There is no "partial credit" in grammar. Like anal sex. It's either in, or it's not.

Mirth - We learned long ago that they key isn't to outrun Star, it's to outrun Gus.

Martok - I don't know if it's possible to have an "anti-boner"...but I now have one.

Gus - Celery is vile and has no reason to exist. Like underwear on Star.

Specifically, it sounds cheesy and w(h)iney.

Piedmont, I mean.

(I should add that, for all I can tell, they're ahead in the game on points. ;) )

The AI is walking away with it so far.  The AI controlled UK is way out ahead of everyone else with AI controlled USA in second.  With an overall prestige ranking of 17th, UCG's Sardinia-Piedmont ranks amongst such world luminaries as Upper Volta and Wales.
