Picked up Planetary Annihilation, but that seems to want newer drivers...I had it when that happens.

On the other hand, got Metal Gear V: Ground Zeroes.  For all the absurdity of the title, the graphics are shockingly good...first game to make me notice its graphics in an age...and the stealth gameplay is as good, in fact better, than I remember.  Kojima worked in some cool enemy animations along the way -- bad guys sliding and firing as they go -- and its got grim atmosphere to spare.

Realized earlier today how much I had underappreciated RUSE so I picked up Red Dragon for $10 as well...after all, it's Christmas...

I get a black window in the upper left of my screen and the computer goes completely inaccessible. CTRL-ALT-DEL, ALT-TAB, random keys - it does nothing but sit there. Longest I left it for was 10 minutes.

Sometimes I'll get a black window like that but it's just before the game loads. Could be my desktop is just too freakin' old to run it. I might try my laptop later.

Just bought Grim Dawn. I am weak. So far my tally is 12.49 for Grim Dawn and 4.99 for Hegemony Rome.

I grabbed Grim Dawn too.

Had been waiting for it's slow content progression to get near completion but at this price it's tough to turn down.

Most of the stuff I bought on this sale is Early Access, so I don't even have plans to play them much yet.  I must have a problem.

I've only picked up Project Zomboid and Prison Architect.  Both are good little indie time sinks of surviving an end of the world zombie apocalypse, well until you die which is the point of the game, and building a prison.  I guess are not particularly uplifting games, but they are fun.

I got the EUIV collection, on the one day sale 75% off, with the Art of War expansion, no discount.

I also got State of Decay and it's two expansions, 50% off.  Still downloading, so it'll be awhile before I can try either.

I believe a single playthrough was supposed to be around 20 hours, although they recently added a bit more.  But there is a lot of replayability due to the variety of skill trees to be chosen from each playthrough.  I think you get to choose two trees per character, like their earlier Titan Quest.  So the alt-a-holics get extra time out of it.

I've really enjoyed the time I spent in Project Zomboid.  Although I've still not figured out how to cook food since the last big UI change, and other such life sustaining details.  Was surprised when I discovered they added multi-player.  Didn't even know that was planned.

I'm not into the survival RPGs that much right now, though, so I may jump back into something a bit more straightforward like Running With Rifles again.

I grabbed Project Zomboid as well but haven't had time to try it yet. I'm disappointed in 7 Days to Die, to be honest, though I know several of you love the game. I just can't get into it unfortunately. Hopefully PZ is a bit better.

Also grabbed To The Moon - I heard it was a real tear-jerker, even though it's presented in a cheesy NES RPG style.

Picked up Need for Speed the Run (i.e. the Cannonball Run, for all intents and purposes) at the Gamergate sale this morning.

Several EA titles, too, foremost probably being the Crysis series (which I bought on sale long ago). But none of their other titles matter compared to Grand Theft Nazi (aka The Saboteur), $5. Very probably the most sheer fun a WW2 grog can get, as such, on sale this month -- moreso than the Captain America movie-sequel-tie-in game from a couple of years ago, and that is not praise I give lightly.

A lot of Bethesda products on sale today, including Skyrim and its DLC for anyone who might have missed the Steam flash sale.
