I got The Escapists some time ago, but didn't play it much. I should have grabbed PA when I had the chance, dammit.

Picked up Endless Legend and Endless Space.

Didn't realize their look and feel were so closely intertwined. Certainly makes learning them easier.

I'm also definitely getting into the ship-to-ship card game aspect built into the tactical battles in the latter.

Oh, and Talisman for $4 was pretty hard to pass up...not sure that game makes any sense away from a tabletop, friends, and booze, though.

On a related note, anyone heard if CMANO was going to stick at the 50% mark-down? I'm ready to go, but I don't want another heavy dose of SSPRS...Steam Sale Post-Purchase Regret Syndrome...

This is like the 3rd or 4th time that Age of Wonders III has been discounted below $15 in the last couple of months. The Steam Gods are taunting me. I'm interested, if skeptical. But it's under my $15 'f**k it, i'll just buy it' threshold, yet again!

Feel similarly about Endless Legend, although at $18, I still have willpower. Plus I really should devote some time to Endless Space which I purchased ages ago and still haven't really played...

So, I've picked up Ryse, Chainsaw Warrior, Grim Dawn, Bulletstorm, Metal Gear Solid V, Rise of Nations : Extended Edition, Omerta Gold and the Endless Legend Upgrade.

SAVE ME FROM MYSELF! :D

Age of Wonder 3 and the Golden Realms DLC are fun.

I've played it more than any other recent fantasy 4X release. O0

Yeah it took me quite a while to a) get over the fact that battle is not turn based and b) to understand the card system and how it works. Ship design and what you're fighting make a difference as well. This approach to space combat in Endless Space is not so bad after all once you know what you're doing. Now if only they would make a turn based combat module for GalCiv III I'd be happy.

Very slow sale for me. I didn't pick up much in the November sale either.

I picked up Pixel Piracy for $3 or something, Wargames: Red Dragon, and my brother-in-law got me Galactic Civilizations 3.

^ Not seeing Prison Architect on that list Cat. I've found it to be an excellent gaming experience especially when you have some classic Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell playing in the background.

I think it is.

Just adds a little bit more to everything, which is what AOW3 needs. I think the original release was thin on content but the first DLC helped. Still want to see at least as many races as the AOW2 series had and maybe some more other stuff, but after the first DLC it is quite good.

F1 2014 on sale - 66% off. I knew if I waited I'd get it cheaper.

Only thing is, I'm happy with F1 2013 and the fact that my Williams car has carried on stronger than it was the previous season...so I'm not sure I want to start a new career in 2014....

But I bought it anyway.
