I don't think you can start a Championship in one of the best cars. I was offered a Williams, Sauber or Caterham iirc.

Been pretty calm sales for me as well...just think nowadays things go on sale throughout the year much more so really no need to wait until these big year end sales.....

- FSX (not even sure that is considered a holiday sale since I think was more of a new release sale)
- Metal Gear V (not even sure that is considered a holiday sale since I think was more of a new release sale)
- Age of Wonders III (bought it but likely will become shelfware like all other fantasy 4x games I try to enjoy, but got real cheap so what the heck)

I really can't think of any game that I would be real excited if it showed up on sale.....I am more waiting for the January releases of Black Sea and Command Ops 2.

Well...first outing in F1 2014 and it is actually pretty poor. I can't believe they were charging full price for it. It's F1 203 but cut down and with the new liveries and cars. No KERS. No working into a car - you can jump right in to any one.

They've basically stripped F1 2013 and put new cars and sounds in and called it 2014 and asked full whack for it. And I don't think the driving is as good as 2013.

GDS - the good news for you is you can jump straight into the Merc.  :-\

Even less than that when you account for the money that I'm accumulating on Steam by selling those Holiday trading cards.

So far an extremely light Steam buying season for me.

I finally picked up Cliffs of Dover, with the intention of installing the Team Fusion mod and seeing what that's all about.

Nothing else...I've been holding out to see if Wargame: Red Dragon will fall to $10.  And I'm eyeballing Fritz Chess 14 since I see Bison playing it all the time.  It looks pretty slick.

Overall, though, my gaming backlog is pretty full.  I've barely touched the games I picked up over Summer, and last Xmas for that matter, so I'm not really needing anything at this time.
