Some YouTube channel folks decided to introduce some older adults to Grand Theft Auto V.

They were given 30 minutes and no instructions other than the basics of the controller.

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

Awesome. Thanks for the post. The kids and I got a laugh out of it, even my wife. :)

Nice.  Gave me a really good laugh.

Funny that people change instantly from a negative view to an embaressed positive view of the game once they found out how to actually control it and they started having fun.
It's like a dirty little secret for them. :D

Good laugh indeed!

BTW There is no way I would let my pre-teen play GTA. Not really for the stuff you can do, but more because of all the verbal abuse. And the (anti-)social interaction in the game at a constant display. That's what makes its rated 18 for me, not the fact that you can hijack a car, kick someone in the balls or light people on fire. ;)

However, if pilots would need to do daily what they are capable of doing, nobody would dare to fly anymore."

The old guy in the green shirt really got into it, lol. "People, I can't stand them anymore" and "Who gives a $$$$ about the cops". When this dude says "get off my lawn", just get off his damn lawn   >:D

The curious thing is that they seem to uniformly believe it's OK for them to play it, but they're not sure about other people.

Yep.  Such a mindset seems to be on the rise these days.   >:(
