This has launched at last! It looks even better than the last time I checked it out, and the massive, persistent, randomly-generated seasons look amazing.

You get a second copy to gift with every purchase. If anyone of you has a spare I would be extremely grateful to take it off your hands. I could buy it myself but I'm trying to save for a (long overdue) new PC so my lady will kill me if I buy any new games. :D No big deal if nobody has one, I'll just wait a couple of months or so.

If any of you have bought it already - how is it?

Although having said that, I've watched a couple of videos and I already think it looks really good, especially for fans of Frozen Synapse.

Yeah, it seems a bit like Frozen Synapse meets Cyberball.

I often wishlist games to keep track of them instead of wishing for an instant purchase.
Plus I've got too many games on my backlist and too many upcoming games anyway :P

Geek: I haven't tried multiplayer yet but I'd be very surprised if it didn't work exactly like Frozen Synapse, i.e. you have games going and can switch between them or have the game email you when a turn is ready when you aren't playing. I'm sure I saw an option in the menu to have the game do something on the taskbar if a turn is ready.

Yeah there's a built-in tutorial which pretty much shows you all you need to know, and there are videos as well but I haven't watched those.

To tell the truth it's a bit unstable on my machine at the moment so I haven't completed a match, but I was 9-2 up against the AI the last time it froze. ;)

I purchased it, i couldn't resist [ i had an extra 10% off coupon in my inventory that pushed me over the edge O0]. Seems to run fine on my laptop with an integrated video card.Lost my first game 9 to 8. So i have an extra steam key if someone would like it.

first game against AI i won 22 - 6

i dont think youtube uploading is working yet because if i could i would - it was awesome

an interception, turnaround and score

2 hail mary passes and a score

and a sacking of the QB and a score

and although Huw will weep into his beer - i could happily download the soundtrack and dance in my pants whilst waiting for a turn
