If Combat Mission: Black Sea is anything to go by, I think the Ukrainians could do with some help from the West in terms of UAV support - it seems a big gap in their forces needs. That said, it seems that the real Ukraine is pre-empting Battlefront's next expansion in the series by getting that eye in the sky.

It seems that the US is helping out, but I haven't heard much about European support.
