Anyone play RAGe?  The opening bit with the War Boys chasing Max looked just like the game RAGE.  Even the makeup is the same.

Yeah, Maxx was kind of lame in that first chase. I know it was in the script but Mel would've never been caught. I missed the Gyro-Copter guy. And the dog.

I really liked Fury Road. It wasn't really Mad Max - but I enjoyed the movie.
