He sued both this employer and his previous employer for racial discrimination. The EEOC found against him in both cases.

He had anger issues and was delusional about people slighting him. Also appears to have been a body builder. I guess we'll find out if roid rage had any impact on his behavior.

The gunman apparently was filming with his phone camera while he shot the two of them. There's a video on the internet of it, and I brought myself to watch it. I first thought it was a hoax vid, but apparently, it is not.

As Greybriar said, there's a video out there. I won't post a link here...if you want to see it badly enough I'm sure you could find it. I ran across it from a Drudge Report post on Facebook. Fortunately it doesn't show much, though it's truly horrifying as this guy just casually walks up to them (nobody else is around, just the reporter, cameraman, and a subject they're interviewing). He points his weapon at the reporter, and how she misses this from her peripheral vision, I'm surprised, because after a second or two he lowered the weapon and hesitates, as if he was hoping they'd see him and beg, and when they didn't, he brought it back up and...well you know the rest.

I read an article elsewhere that said he hesitated because he was waiting for them to be on the air, which is nonsense; the interview was going on for a while when he walked up to them. Then I realized he was probably waiting for the cameraman to turn and get them in frame when he started firing.

I then learned this piece of shit human being took his own life, like the coward he is. What goes through people's minds, it just truly mystifies me...how he came to the conclusion he needed to do this to two innocent people because he was mad about a lot of things. Jesus. If there is a Hell, I hope this guy is wiped off of Satan's asshole for an eternity.
