Stephen Moyer, of True Blood fame has signed on to star in Kurt Sutter's new project, The Bastard Executioner.  Katey Sagal will star as well.  The article contains quite a few casting choices.

I think it will start off with an audience ready made from the goodwill of 'Sons of Anarchy.'  What happens to it after that will be determined by which Kurt Sutter shows up.  The one who gave us episodes like Opie's sacrifice?  Or the guy responsible for Season 3.

Just saw the commercial for this.  The premier is Tuesday, September 15 in SoA's old time slot.  Anybody but me going to be watching?
