New Napoleonic game on the way from Slitherine/Matrix.  There's not a lot of information yet, not even a forum for it, other than this page, but from the look of those screenshots it appears to be from the same folks behind the criminally overlooked  Hannibal:Rome & Carthage In The 2nd Punic War.

If I'm right, take my money now, please.

It may well be, although I thought he was working on a title set in ancient Rome with a wider scope than Hannibal R&C.
