Well - the holiday that I experienced once and never again but took to my heart is here for you lucky Americans.

Have a fantastic break with family and friends, drink plenty of beer, eat loads of turkey and pumpkin pie and enjoy the game.

Have a superb Thanksgiving  :-* :smitten:

It seems to be the only holiday which hasn't been corrupted by over commercialization. But is immediately followed by the orgy that is Black Friday, so I'm not sure we got an even trade in the exchange ;)

Anyway, lots to be thankful for, and tomorrow I'll go into a turkey coma to prove it.

The commercialization of Christmas started around here before frikkin' Halloween. Saw Christmas decorations going up everywhere at stores and on subdivision signs.

I've been done with Black Friday for a while now. I can't believe these asshats have started doing Black Friday sales at 6 damn o'clock p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. It's pathetic.

In any case...thanks to our former colonial masters for wishing us a happy Thanksgiving holiday.  O0

Thanks, JD!  Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday.  I get to eat to my hearts content and noone expects me to bring them a gift.

we're doing Thanksgiving today since we're flying tomorrow.  Turkey is in the oven now!

Indeed, Happy Thanksgiving Day to all Grogs everywhere the world over. Food, Family, and Fun in no certain order to follow. Along with instructions from my wife to go outside if I need to belch, fart, blow my nose, or scratch myself. And I thought they were supposed to be FAMILY. But I'll be an  O:-) just for her.
