Jubilee: always Chinese-American, less obviously so in some continuities or art-styles. Asian actress played her for two cameos in the three original X-Men movies. Currently also a vampire. (...uh, presumably not in the coming movie.)

Jubilee is one of the most useless mutants in the Marvel universe. :)

Jubilee can detonate any matter at the sub-atomic level with a high degree of finesse.

And is also one of the most useless mutants in the Marvel Universe. ;) Mainly because she's afraid of her own power, so she drastically limits it, even when cutting loose might be helpful. (i.e., she'd be a living weapon of mass destruction who could destroy almost any threat, up to and beyond things like Galactus and the Celestials, with little effort, and so would be a story-breaking power if the writers didn't nerf it. In alternate futures / continuities, this is sometimes played with.)
